Kuşadası is a beach resort town on Turkey’s western Aegean coast. The first things you catch from board the ship are seafront promenade, marina, harbor, and beautiful Pigeon Island.
The first destination on the island was Pegion island. Pigeon Island has a historic castle planted with greenery. The history of the castle dates back to the Byzantines. It got its final form during the Ottoman Empire, and the Ottomans used this castle to repel attacks from other islands. There is a monument to Admiral Aruj Barbarossa - do not confuse him with German Frederick Barbarossa 🙂
Then - walking over seafront promenade and the city. The question still bothers me: what the store name 'Forever 57' stands for?
